Studio 101 Basics Workshop
Second Thursday of Every Month | 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Studio photography opens up opportunities for fine art that pushes beyond the limits of ambient light. Complete control of light, environment, camera settings: but where to start?
Studio 101 is a 1.5 hour workshop teaching the basics of using a photography studio. Learn about common equipment, what types of lights and modifiers to use for different projects, how to construct multi-light set-ups, and more.
This hands-on course will see you experimenting in real-time, trialling ideas and answering your questions. You will leave the workshop understanding how to take images of subjects using basic strobe and continuous lighting set-ups.
Spaces are limited to 6 participants to maintain hands-on interactivity.
Build your confidence and give yourself a strong foundation as you enter the world of studio photography and all of its possibilities
